At NEO Valves we were experiencing increasing amounts of SPAM Mail.  This was affecting productivity and was also an overall distraction for our employees.  I spoke to Computer Master about this and they offered an Anti-Spam solution.  Once the service was activated we noticed an immediate drop in SPAM mail and we now rarely see any SPAM.  I estimate our SPAM mail dropped about 90%.  We were, and continue to be pleased with the results.
